WHY HIRE A BLUE

The Blue Badge is awarded after

"Thank you for the wonderful and best
tour we had during our 10 day stay in the UK! (...) You were great and very kind to us!
Your interest in each person seeing and doing everything that they
wanted was very special! (...) I can tell you REALLY enjoy what you do!"
(Jeff and Lauren,USA)
"Hugh
was charming and extremely informative. He has that rare talent of
being able to impart his
knowledge in the most interesting manner. (...) After at least 20 visits to Windsor Castle, I still learned so many new things..."
(Yvonne, London)
"I truly admire your
dedication to history and geography. The most charming though, is the way you expose them so genuine and vivid that the visitor could
in no way fail to retain them permanently and perchance passionately ever and ever..."
(Moubarak, Irak)
"Thank you
very much for the tour last night - we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves,
and it was quite the talk of today's meeting! Your passion and
enthusiasm clearly showed and rubbed off on all of us." (Mars
Confectionery)
"Hugh....was brilliant.
He had to
"paint" us a word picture of Windsor Castle because the hotel could not
provide a screen and quite honestly we all felt we had the better
option, he was very funny as well as being very informative. Those of us
that came to Windsor next day were kept very busy looking out for all he
told us about the Castle." (Maureen, National Association of Women's
Clubs)
"The tour
was very informative and included all of the major sites within the
town, including the changing of the guard at the Castle (twice!).
The comments I have received back from our members have been very
complimentary. The tour was very much enjoyed by all and served as
a wonderful introduction to Windsor during our short stay. I would
also add that our guide Hugh Burn, had great presence, was very
knowledgeable on the history of the town and the buildings, and -
most importantly - was an extremely clear speaker whose voice
carried well above the noise and bustle of the town." (Martin
- Stockport, Tameside and Macclesfield Society of
Architects)
